MECHANICAL
MS Jaya specializes in the precise installation of mechanical equipment for the oil and gas and shipbuilding industries. Our services include levelling, skidding, and alignment, designed to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime, thereby saving time and reducing costs.
PIPING
MS Jaya delivers quality and timely results for projects requiring large diameter pipes or complex mechanical systems. With extensive experience in industrial piping contractor services since our inception, we have built strong relationships with major pipe manufacturers, enabling cost reductions for clients.
PROPULSION-STERN TUBE BORING
MS Jaya offers expert mechanical services for propulsion stern tube boring, including shaft line establishment, multi-stage boring, precise dimension measurement, polishing, machining of components, and final centerline verification.
PIPE BENDING
Our bending machines offer efficient and cost-saving pipe benders with automatic and semi-automatic functions. It is suitable for continuous automatic workpiece production and for bending in 2D and 3D radius. Our bending machine are capable of bending from thickness range 2 mm until 16 mm and minimum OD range from 20 mm until 219 mm.
SHIP REPAIR
We provide removal and replating for ship structures, removal and renewal of piping and maintenance and repair work for mechanical and other services to the ship which is in operation, considered as the services and maintenance work of the vessels. It is necessary to do maintenance for the ships according to the repair specification requirement for any damage resulting due to the operation at sea and must be repaired according to the international maritime standard requirement.
MANPOWER SUPPLY
We provide one stop solutions in worker management to strengthen client workforce for increased productivity and efficiency. As such, we offer manpower supply for structure, piping, mechanical, scaffolders, civil, and hull structure. We recruit qualified skill worker such as marker, fitter, welder (SMAW/ MIG/ TIG), fairer, and semi-skills to support our clients on their business demand.

STEEL TANK CONSTRUCTION
All basic steel tank sizes and shapes, either vertical or horizontal, are manufactured to the highest standards. Our team members are all experienced with both carbon steel and stainless steel. Some of the products for which we have constructed tanks are Water, Fuel, Chemicals and Animal products.
PAINTING AND BLASTING
All blasting and painting works are performed by a highly trained workforce in achieving the highest quality standards in compliance to the ISO 9001:2015.Various abrasives are used for sandblasting such as garnet, steel shot/grit, glass beads, aluminium oxide, coal slag and aluminium silicate.
PNEUMATIC TEST
The Basics of Pneumatic Testing At the core of pneumatic testing is the use of air - or another inert gas medium like nitrogen or helium - to pressurize a piping system. The air or nitrogen is confined throughout the piping system to mimic a high-pressure environment at 100% of the system's design.
